Ephemeral clay Workshop in the grounds of historic homestead Mugga Mugga Cottage.

Making do comes naturally to potters. Join me for a foraging exercise around the property of Mugga Mugga. We will find materials to use as tools, textures and additions into clay objects. We will ‘make do’ with the kinds of tools that we all have at hand around the house. Kitchen implements and ordinary household objects. I’ll then guide participants in creating ephemeral clay vessels, which may later be re-constituted back into soft clay to be re-used, or simply handed back to nature.
